Step 2: Choose the Type of Fastener for the matching velvet belt (gartel). All fasteners cost $10.95 extra.
Step 3: Choose a Velvet Color for Machine-Embroidered Covers. (Before ordering a hand-embroidered cover, please contact us first to see if it is in stock as it will require approximately 8 weeks to ship an out-of-stock hand-embroidered cover. If time is not an issue, then continue with your order.)
Please note that the colors of the embroidered designs may not be the same as shown. The colors chosen are dependant on the velvet color and at the discretion of the embroiderer. If you want to request a specific color scheme please contact us before placing your order to see if possible and if there will be an additional cost.
Step 4: Choose the Top and Bottom Trim styles. We cannot offer specific options as the trims and styles often change, but you can choose the general style.
Top Trim:
"Bell-shaped" FringesNarrow, Straight Trim without FringesLeave to the discretion of the embroiderer
Bottom Trim:
Standard Fringes"Bell-shaped" FringesNarrow, Straight Trim without FringesLeave to the discretion of the embroiderer
Step 5: Choose the Dedication for your Torah cover. Each Hebrew character is $0.75 and each Latin character is $.095.
Please note that some covers have somewhat limited space on the front for a dedication. If your dedication is so long that there will be a problem fitting it all onto the front of the cover, or if the letters will need to be made quite small in order to accomodate the entire text of the dedication, we will contact you.
